Message	The way I see it, if it was so important to someone, they would have started NOW and not put it off to the next year. I've been going to the gym for years, and 99% of the people I see flooding the gym in January don't make it into March. They set an unrealistic workout schedule that they can't maintain and they quickly give up. The only way to get results from a workout routine is to have dedication and persistence, and if someone put off exercizing to the next year then you already know they lack those two qualities. As for me, this year I'm just going to continue what I've been doing.
